In the vibrant district of Berlin, Studio Vaust has created the interiors of the new space of KMB - digital agency at the forefront of public relations, influencer marketing, and social media.

Their design approach, characterized by a natural and raw aesthetic, introduces a fresh perspective to the space while remaining true to the agency's digitally-driven mission.

At the heart of their vision lies a clear and honest application of materials, with oiled MDF and aluminum forming the backbone of the studio's new movable furnishings. This choice reflects a dedication to versatility and simplicity, serving the multi-faceted needs of a space where digital creatives and influencers come together.

By seamlessly integrating movable displays and versatile design elements, Studio Vaust has equipped the KMB studio with the capacity to transition smoothly between its various roles. The use of raw aluminum and the strategic placement of bespoke furniture allow for a tailored experience, whether for showcasing brands or hosting client meetings.

In shaping distinct areas within the open space, careful consideration has been given to the selection of room dividers and the acoustic quality of the environment, ensuring that each zone is both distinct and cohesive within the overall design language of the studio.

The studio’s aesthetic is elevated by the addition of Vaust's signature stools, which have been reimagined from their previous incarnation in the JIGI POKE restaurant project. These stools, with their intricate carving from styrofoam and coating in glossy PU-lacquer, introduce an organic texture that juxtaposes the rawness of the industrial materials.

The end result of Studio Vaust’s endeavor in the heart of Berlin is a multi-purpose environment that is as much about form as it is about function—a space that is not just seen but experienced, encouraging collaboration and inspiration within its contemporary walls.

The space was captured by the talented Clemens Poloczek, whose photography skillfully showcases the space's industrial elegance and design innovation.
