Praga Residential Building by ARQUITECTURA-G

Aug 10, 2022

Praga Residential Building is a six-unit housing building located in Barcelona with four apartments and two duplex units designed by ARQUITECTURA-G.

The street folds towards the interior of the plot forming a patio.

The three-storey building, designed by Arquitectura-G, has an access that seems to want to absorb part of the public space from the street towards an interesting interior patio lined with trees and full of balconies. This gesture generates a building that does not have a rear face, but rather an outdoor space of urban character.

Aptly, the project places the duplexes on the first floors and the smaller apartments on the second and third floors. The open patio in a double height towards the street allows a hybrid space, exterior-interior that frees and fills the interior houses with light and direct ventilation.
