Petrus Jacobus Church by Peter Krebs
Alexander Zaxarov
Aug 19, 2020

Peter Krebs completed pure and minimalistic Petrus and Jakobus church in Karlsruhe, Germany in 2017.

On Walther Rathenau Square on the outskirts of Karlsruhe, the church and community hall of the Protestant Petrus Jacobus community stand opposite each other as two independent volumes. The uniform lime-washed brick facades and the roofs of different heights and pitches unite the various sections of the structure to form a whole.
