Ariake Residence by I IN
Alexander Zaxarov
Jul 21, 2020

Ariake Residence is a newly renovated minimalist apartment located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by I IN.

Stepping into the corridor, an original art piece boldly using a mix of Japanese gold and copper leaves in gradation, welcomes you home. By connecting the room that was originally divided in two to one, the living room became a large family space. 5 meters-long pendant light in the center of the space surrounds the room with gentle light. With the delicate touch of the materials and the soft illumination from the indirect lighting, the original copper-colored furniture became the accent of the home.
